Personality: She is a kind, loving old vole, but she has a short-fuse and is very impatient. Renny is very creative and loves to think of stories, but she has to write them down quick or else she'll forget them! Renny is also fussy, escpecially with grammar. Renny is also know for her wisdom (came with her age)and her fierce loyalty.
History: Renniariffia Thaliamobalia Windtreader has no clue about her past. All she knows is that she woke up one day with a family of hares looking over her. There had been a battle, or so it seemed. Birds of all species and voles of all kind layed dead. Rocks appeared to have been tossed about. Trees had fallen, or had been uprooted somewhere and tossed into the area. All of the birds were either featherless, or had lost their wings. Renny realized that there was something laying next to her: a tiny volebabe, asleep. She looked up to the hares and croaked: "Windtreader." And then she knew no more.
Renny awoke in the hares burrow. Neither one of them-not even Renny-know her name, the hares decided to call her "Renniariffia Thaliamobalia Windtreader." Renny for short.
As time passed, Renny decided that the volebabe would be her son. Something compelled her to name him Bowrang, even though the hares would not have anybeast with a "bow" in their name for they were pacifists. So Renny decided to calm him Dumples until they moved out of the hares home-or until Dumples got sick of the pet name.
Four years later, Renny and the four-year-old Dumples became wanderers, saying goodbye to the hares. Renny proved to be a grand mother to baby Dumples, and for all his life he would up-hold his mother and try to never say a word against her. Even if she did make him take baths a lot.
One day, a band of stoats ganged up on them, trying to steal whatever they had. Renny defended themselves as best she could, knocking out one stoat with a fist to the jaw, giving three black-eyes, and five bruises. But they subdued her, and beated her, while also flashing some kicks at poor Dumples. They left her to die with Dumples crying at her side, urging her to get up, but she couldn't make herself.
But luckily a fox from Fort Amor found her and Dumples and took her to the fort. She became instant friends with the Regina and Rex, and so Renny and Dumples lived a fine life in Fort Amor. Renny began taking care of the young'uns there while their parents worked, and she became the day-care nanny of Fort Amor. Her role there was fairly similar to the role of Abbey Mother at Redwall, only nobeast would succeed her.
As time went on, Renny began to wander if she was a seer. Bowrang-having grown out of Dumples-seemed to enjoy archery very much, escpecially if it was he shooting the bow. Bowrang once told her he had became fascinated with the art when he heard some bow strings twang as some new gaurd recruits practiced. Bowrang became an archer.
Bowrang had finished up setting the last dartboard on the archery range as a young fox-archer patiently waited him to leave. He was about to go the other way when he forgot something and crossed the range behind the dart-boards. Before he knew it, Bowrang had an arrow in his leg, and he was sent to the infirmary. Renny was clearly shaken with this, and in fear she left Fort Amor, leaving with a tearful goodbye to two young foxes, a white vixen named Amor and a foxdog named Squidge.
Bowrang and Renny made a hut in the woods, and eventually discovered a volemaid around Bowrangs age. Bowrang and the maid fell in love, and had two children-Renny's grandchildren-who were both named after her.
Comments: Bleh. Make the others later.
Name: Bowrang Windtreader
Age: 40
Gender: Male
Species: Vole
Marital Status: Married
Position and Home: FortAmor Vihata Woods in a hut. He is a woodsman, and claims to be the leader of the Windtreader clan-even though it's obvious that it's old Renny who wears the pants. Bowrang once had the job of setting up arrow targets to help the novice archers back at Fort Amor.
Strengths:
-Smart
-Fatherly
-Good with kids
-Loving
Weaknesses:
-Easily angered
-Jumps to conclusions
-Can't shoot a bow to save his life.
-Bad singer
Alignment: Good
Appearance:
A gray-furred vole with a slightly dirty green shirt and brown pants. He has a scar on his paw that he got from an arrow. His fur is slightly tangeled, and he's shorter then most adult voles. Bowrang has gray eyes.
Personality:
Bowrang is a loving father and husband, but he has a tendency to judge to conclusions and is easly angered. Bowrang is smart, and whenever he proves this in a situation he says, "Not bad for a dumb woodsman, eh?" Even though he doesn't have low self-esteem. Quite the opposite, in fact. If, say, a certain sister throws a wise and good queen into exile, he may just go into battle-mode with the idea that he's definetly going home alive and triumphant.
