An Rpg I am too lazy to think of a title ;)

Lerro Conner entered the remains of Brockhall.
He had been walking outside when he heard music. It was entrancing...
He entered and walked down the dark caverns lighting a torch to blow away the darkness.
A light could be seen from far away.

The fox was new to Mossflower. He was sent by the leader of "Newfort" to make an alliance with the Redwallers.
He carefully and nervously gripping his spear entered the room.
'He...hello? Whoever's in there I want to tell you I don't mean harm'
A youthful looking squirrel was sitting on a makeshift bed.
'Hello, you've come to hear me play I assume.'
Lerro sat beside the squirrel who was two heads shorter than him.
'You play nicely who taught you?'
'Seasons of wandering and practicing. I am just stopping here for the time being.'
Lerro asked the squirrel where his parents were.
He got a frosty glare.
'Kind sir, I know you mean no offense but I am an adult I am just very short and I take good care of myself.'
'Sorry sorry... I'm so embarrassed!'
The squirrel forgave him. 'I understand everybeast makes that mistake. I mean my young'uns are taller than you, twice my height to be precise so think how odd that feels. My name is Marco are you a parent?'
Lerro shook his head. 'Just a simple guard nothing more.'
Marco took a sip of water from a flask.
'I think I hear somebeast. You were followed. By somebeast good or evil I can't tell... I can usually sniff out a vermin a mile away.'
Lerro pulled out his spear but Marco told him to put it down.
'Don't. You'll look like you're holding me hostage and who knows how fast this creature is. If this creature is a woodlander and sees a fox brandishing a weapon he or she could turn hostile.'
Lerro dropped his spear. 'You know a lot about this kind of thing.'
'I've been around the country so many times I learned a lot.'
The mysterious creature was almost at the door and Lerro picked up the spear again in panic. 'What if this one's a enemy? If I'm not holding my spear then we could be in trouble.'
He didn't say any more. The other animal was in full view in the doorway.

Silex stood in the doorway, eyeing the fox holding the spear while the little squirrel sat besides him. He froze, wondering whether to run or fight. He was just about to turn and run when he noticed the paniced look an the fox's face and the nonchalant look on the squirrel's.
I don't think they're fighting... Silex thought, but her still brought out his old sword.

"I'm not... Interupting anything, am I ?" Silex asked, trying not to sound scared. " I'm hoping I'm not anyway." He muttered.

He took his eyes off the fox for a moment and looked down at his sword. The black blade shined in the torchlight and it seemed to mock Silex. Go ahead, kill somebody. You never had a problem before your Wife tried to kill you, did you? The sword mocked, and Silex tried to take his eyes off of it. Yet, his eyes seemed transfixed to the blade as he saw that fateful night. He shook his head and mistakingly took a step forward. The ground seemed to fly up at him and Silex realized his mistake. He missed the step on the stairs. In fact, he didn't even know about the step. Silex went tumbling down the stairs and landed on the ground with a poof. His sword spun away from him, and Silex was left weaponless and breathless from the sudden pain.

Silex tried to stumble up to his feet, but he just managed to hurt his stomach more. Finally, he simply laid there, trying to gain his breath back.

Marco looked at the Stoat.
'He looks hurt, I think you'd better help him up friend fox. My body weight couldn't lift something like him.'
Lerro went up to Silex. 'Are you alright Sir? Here I'll help you up and sit you on Marco's bedroll.'
Lerro despite being cowardly was strong.
Marco noticed he seemed confused about something but that wasn't his place to know, all that mattered was that the Stoat was okay.

~Grubbler the Wild~

Grubbler stumped along the long abandoned halls of Mossflower, singing his fox soup song in his high scratchy voice,
"There once was a fox named Lox,
Who stumbled upon meh oold 'ome,
Soo Is crooked 'im up,
He aint make a fuss,
and I ate him that night fir stew."
Thats when he heard voices up ahead. Vermin voices. Dinner... He stumped along going as quietly as he could but still making a thump every now and then with his wooden leg. He saw a squirrel sitting on a bed with twi vermin. Yum, some desert too. He was a bit more sane today then usual and made a mental nite not to eat the squirrel. He stepped into the doorway, abd asked, "Sur, these h'a two vurmins aint givin' youz h'no trouble, h'are they? 'Cause I been lukin for soom dinner h'tunit."

Marco put down his harp.
'I am not well acquainted with these creatures having only met them moments ago. But I can assure you that they are not harmful. The stoat I'm not that sure... young fox what do you think?'
Lerro felt weird having a squirrel half his size call him young. But the squirrel was indeed much older than him but how old he didn't know.
'How old are you?' Lerro asked his squirrel friend.
Marco drank from a flask. 'One topic at a time please.'
Lerro stroked his chin. 'Hmm... I think he's good, well... he was holding a sword when he entered but anybeast would do that in a strange place with unknown creatures.'
Marco turned to the mole. 'I have some dried fish my son caught
a week ago, you are free to join us if you'd like. You can too when you feel better Sir Stoat.'

[kidluke]

Grubbler sighed. He stated more to himself then to the others, "I h'uppose I 'annot eats the vurrmin, if 'e squirrely h'says so. H'but he would 'till be 'ood h'vin if that h'there squirrely folk says no too." He shook his head and decided upon eating fish. He hadn't had fish or any other commonly eaten forms of meat in ages. He stopped shaking his head agitatingly, and said, "I guess oim h'going to eat teh 'ish. But just h'tell me if 'at oone h'givez yous any troobles." His one eye twitched in a deranged way, and he licked his lips hungrily as his twitching eye stared at the vermin.

Silex stood up and backed away from the Mole. He walked over towards the Squirrel and Fox.

"I'm fine now... Thanks..." Silex said ackwardly.

[kidluke]

Grubbler chuckled and grinned at his posistion of dominance. He stated merrily to the vermin, "Don' wurry. Oi'll not h'eat youz oonless 'ee squirrelly folk h'wantz meh too." He walked into the room and leaned against the wall, arching his back with a crraaaaaack. Then he asked, "H'now, h'what're youz doooing in my h'halls. I've h'dug outta dese toonels meh seelv."

Marco took another swig of his drink.
'You dug these tunnels by yourself? I must admit very impressive sorry for trespassing we thought this place was abandoned, I just came here to relax from my travels.'
Lerro explained he came hearing Marco's music.
Marco turned to Silex 'And I'm glad you're okay, hmm... my family is probably wondering where I am. They stayed at the abbey while I went trekking through the woods by myself. My oldest son who is my self appointed bodyguard insisted he come with me but I had heard of abandoned ruins around this area and couldn't resist coming alone. Would you believe that many others think my son is my older brother just because of my height? It's quite embarrassing really but being half the height I should be I am very good at eluding vermin. I passed three on my way here. Never noticed me.'
Marco stood up and stretched. I'm going to go above ground and find that river I saw earlier today, it had mackerel. Anybeast who wants to join me can. '
Lerro was cozy in this underground room but decided he would come anyway. Aside from chatting there was really nothing to do here but asked the mole. 'Are there any places of interest down here worth checking out?'

Grubbler replied, "H'not all 'o dese are moin, I fund h'large amoont abundooned. I h'added oon many oov dem. Tings oov h'interest... Deres my h'own room, an' meh kitchoon. Dere's h'also many h'oonexplored toonels. We could h'look doon those."
