Abbess Nutmeg growled and grabbed one of her daggers.
"Attack! REEEEDDDDWAAAAALLLL!!!!" She said, charging into 'battle' she leapt over to the side, and grabbed the keys to the chains, unchaining Malum, Slynch Nyx, and Silex.
Malum slumped to the ground and sighed.
"Make sure he dies..." She said, groaning and walking over to Slynch.
"you okay?" She asked, looking worried.
Silex croaked.
"Yeah, I'm fine, and no, I can get up by myself, thank you for asking though..." He said sarcastically, brushing himself off, and trying to stop his shoulder from bleeding.
Nyx looked him over and cawed.
"Eh, you be okay Seelex, you won't die.." She said, smiling.
Silex suddenly jumped up and ran over, dragging something near Malum.
"What we do with...it?" He asked, looking at Scrabij.
Nyx sniffed and backed up.
"Dead, or alive and decomposed..." She said, backing away.

Suddenly, Scrabij moaned, and began to weep, "I wanna go out! I don' wanna die!! I wanna go back to Flitchaye! Flitchaye! Flitchaye!!" -~*~- Slynch put his paws on Malums shoulder. A look of concerned crossed his features, and he cocked his head to one side, "Is evertything okay, Mally?" The weasel whispered, his tone calm. -~*~- Drak was a madbeast, fighting against his fellow Redwallers. He slit the throat of a squirrel and kicked an otter in the stomach. The otter tripped a vole, but before he could kill him a shrewmaid, once a Gousim shrewmaid and a very good friend of the vole, threw herself at him, slashing at him with a rapier that had been lying in the attic until now. She had brought it out for this purpose. Drak screeched and sliced the shrewmaids cheek. He swooped to the back and lunged at the shrewmaid. Without a noise, the shrewmaid fell on top of the vole. Whimpering, the vole cradled the shrewmaid in his lap, "...Ladiss...?" He whispered. -~*~- As the vole held his companion, Drak battled his way to Malum and Slynch. He growled and spun Slynch around. The weasel gasped in shock as Drak grabbed him by the scruff. The otter lifted him off his feet and slammed him against stone wall, holding his knife to the weasels throat. Suddenly, a polished watering can flew through the air, hitting the back of Draks head. The otter dropped both Slynch and the knife, and stumbled backward, looking as if he was about to slip into a coma. Suddenly, Sister Coraline rushed at him, wielding the sword of Martin the Warrior. How she got it was a mystery. Sister Cora screeched and slashed at Drak. The otter forced himself out of his daze, and screamed. With every hack, lunge, and slice of the sword, Drak backed away. The sword sliced his chest, stabbed his hip, cut off an ear. With every step Drak and Cora took they came closer and closer to the corner of the room. "You dare harm the beasts chosen to save Redwall Abbey!?" Screamed Sister Coraline, her voice sounding a bit more masculine then it should, "Fool! Scum! All those harm that harm the heroes of Redwall shall be slain!" Sister Coraline did not notice the fear in Draks eyes. "When the Pure Vixen comes to the Abbey stones, The Hero that should not be shall rise, A thousand moans drift through the air, And follow fourth the otters heir. When stars fall, heroes rise. Pointing to the running flies. When dew points the way, To yonder, where demons play. Follow the path of the handless fox, And then listen to the winds mocks, Ye shall fine the place, Where gentleness should not be. And where heroes that should no be, Rise to the challenge, and shall not flee." And with one swipe, Sister Coraline finished her rhyme, and backed Drak into a corner. Along with this corner held racks that kept Malums, Nyxs, Silexs, and Slynchs weapons. The mousemaid grabbed one of Slynchs knives and gave it to Drak, who hesitantly took them, "I can not harm an unarmed beast." Cora explained, before cleanly lopping off the otters head. The good Sister dropped the sword and shuddered. She took several steps back, her eyes drooping, and she fell onto the floor, in the trance of unconciousness. (ooc: Do you like the rhyme?)

OOC: Yay! Rhyme is great!
Silex picked Scrabij up and looked him over.
"Crybaby..." He said, laying Scrabij down carefully and rolling his eyes.
Malum smiled.
"yeah, i just feel kinda dizzy.." she said. Suddenly, drak grabbed slynch and was about to kill him when a watering can hit him. She watched as cora. killed him, still in shock.
"wow... i think im even more dizzy now..." she said

(ooc: ;D Thanks!) Slynch luaghed, though he understood and shared the shock Malum had felt when Sister Coraline attacked. Abbeybeasts rushed to Sister Cora's aid, while others stared at the grizzly sight that was Draks disembodied head. The weasel frowned at Scrabij. "C'mon, I think we need to get to the Infirmary then." He said, ready to catch Malum if she fell. But it was Slynch who stumbled and fell on his face. Slynch let out an annoyed growl, before realizing it wasn't his clumsiness that cuased it. His vision was getting bluried becuase of all the blood loss Drak had subjected him to, and with every passing heart-beat who was losing more. Luckily, one of the Redwallers noticed this and hurried to their aid, "Come with me," The Brother of Redwall said, helping Slynch to his feet. And so he led them to the Infirmary, where Foremole Rootarkin laid, bandaged and dying. -~*~- The vole, who was called Riffy, held the broken body of Ladiss in his hands, "Oh, Ladiss..." He whispered, tears streaming out of his eyes. Suddenly, the shrewmaid piped up, "The rhyme, Riffy...The rhyme!" She whispered, squeezing his paw tightly. Riffy blinked in confusion, "What about the rhyme, Ladiss?" Ladiss shook her head, "You must talk to the Abbess, Riffy! That didn't sound like Sister Cora...It sounded more like a man! And the way she acted...She had never acted like that before in all her life! Why the sudden change? Please...leave me and speak to Abbess Nutmeg!" Ladiss urged, before slipping away. Riffy grimaced, and spot Brother Armen, the squirrel Brother of Redwall that was leading Slynch and company. He hurried over to the squiirrel, who was also an Infirmary helper. Carrying Ladiss in his arms, Riffy stepped in Armens way, "Brother Armen, can you take Ladiss with you to..." Armen lifted up a paw, "I can already tell you know that Ladiss is in the Dark Forest, Riffy." The vole pleaded with the squirrel, "No! Ladiss..." Armen shook his head, and took the cold form of the shrewmaid from Riffy, "I'm sorry Riffy...I wish there was something I could do, but..." The squirrel sighed, before leading the reformed Vermin away. Riffy, grieving quietly for his dear friend, padded up to Nutmeg, "Um...Mother Abbess?" The vole piped up meekly, "Don't you...Don't you think that was rather... strange of Cora to act that way?"

Abbess Nutmeg smiled knowingly.
"I think it sounded more like a warrior... One well known in this abbey." She said, walking with Brother Armen.
Malum followed in their wake, dragging Silex and Nyx behind her.
Silex was also losing blood. His head was spinning and he tried to walk but, his legs seemed to woobly to do anything.
He gasped as he felt his body going numb as he was loosing more blood.
Malum looked back and picked him up, struggling.
"We need to get up there..fast!" she said, trying to, stiffle the bleeding.

Armen nodded, and almost as soon as Malum had said it some beasts came out, carrying stretchers. They helped the reformed Vermin onto the stretchers, and carried them away. Armen put the body of Ladiss onto one of the stretchers, and with Riffy helping him the squirrel and vole made their way to the graveyard. Other beasts were putting the fallen few on stretchers as well, and followed the pair. A mole and an otter carried Sister Coraline up to the Infirmary. -~*~- Slynch was on the path to slipping into a coma when they entered the Infirmary. They laid the weasel, stoat, ferretmaid, and raven onto a bed, and Infirmary beasts swarmed around them, bandadging them up. -~*~- Meanwhile, Soiler snuck into the Infirmary, and crawled up onto the bed where Foremole Rootarkin lay. The molebabe grasped his fathers paw and squeezed it. Sighing, Soiler layed his velvety head on the Foremoles chest. Rootarkins breathing was shallow and weak, and even though Soiler didn't know how close to death his father was, he knew that something was terribly, terribly wrong.

Malum laid on the bed, rolling her eyes.
"Hey, I'm fine! OW! Watch where you're putting those stupid herbs!" Malum said, wincing.
Silex on the other hand was enjoying the treatment.
"Thanks, but I'll be fine, I don't need anything! Really!" He said, trying to get up.
Abbess Nutmeg pushed him back down and smiled.
"Just stay still, and you'll be able to leave soon." She said.
Silex snuggled down, deep into the covers. He layed his head down on the pillow, and he started to doze.
Hmmm....I didn't relize how sleepy I was... Silex thought, drifting into sleep.
Suddenly, Martin poofed in.
"Dude! Can't you give me a warning?" Silex said.
"Sorry, but I can't really CHOOSE where I poof, I just do!" Martin said.
Silex shook his head.
"What do you want?" He asked.
"Remember the rhyme, and you'll solve it in due time!" Martin said, disappearing.
Silex drifted off.
Nyx cawed all the way to the infirmary.

Sister Coraline winced at how loud and annoying Nyxs crowing was, "Oh, do be quiet, please! I can't think with all that confounded noises you're making!" She grumbled, putting a herb on the wound on the ravens thraot, the wound Drak had given her. Slynch smiled. He closed his eyes, and with a smile on his face, drifted to sleep... It was nothing close to peaceful one, even though he continued to smile. Something was torturing him. Toying with his mind. He had no idea what it was. Slynch clawed at his ears, madness racking his mind. He wasn't even sure what his tormentor was doing, but it was doing it well. The weasel screamed and tore at his ears, ripping them out of his head. Slynch looked down at his bloody paws, staring at his orange ears that he took out with his own two paws. Slynch let out a moan of despair, "Kill me..." He whispered, before crying aloud, "Just hurry up and kill me!"
And then, his bloody ears and paws turned into a map. A map of Mossflower Country.Slynch jolted into awakeness. He looked at the door, in which a warrior mouse was peeking at him. They stared at each for the longest of moments, before the mouse darted away, "Wait! Wait!" Slynch cried out, throwing himself out of bed. He bounded after the mouse. "No! Stop!" Cried the Redwallers, but he paid them no heed. He had to follow the mouse, he just HAD to! Suddenly, Brother Armen threw himself in the weasels path, "Please, sir! Your wounds must be healed before-" "GET OUT. OF MY. WAY!!" Slynch screamed, and with surprising might he picked the squirrel up by the waist and threw him at his chasers, the Infirmary helpers. With the squirrel Brother as an obstacle for the Abbeydwellers, Slynch would hav eplenty of time to catch up with the Warrior mouse. (ooc: Well, they have to have a map for a journey. And that little dream is a warning from Martin of the things to come. I thought it be fun if Slynch went kind of...insane.)

Nyx shut up and frowned.
"caw... Yee beasts be eeeeritable here!" She said.
Suddenly, Slynch ran out of the room. Malum jumped up, holding the padding her her. She ran out of the room.
"Sorry, Sorry...Umm..Sorry....Sorry!" She saod, hopping over the toppled beasts that Slynch knocked down.
Silex chased after Malum.
"Sorry!" He said also. He chased after Malum, who was chasing after Slynch.
Malum was worried, more worried than ever.
No, don't go insane! I'll kill myself rather than see that happen! She thought.

Slynch found himself dashing to the attic. He glared at the mouse in armor, "MARTIN..." He hissed angrily. Martin led him to the attic, and the mouse disappeared. Slynch, confused, began to pad a few steps forward, but was tripped by a trunk. He cursed under his breath stood up, noticing a piece of parchment on the floor. Slynch knelt down and picked it up, A map! He thought with a gasp.
He walked out, staring at the map, and not noticing the trouble and worry he had had cuased.
