I know 0-99 is 'Dibbun,' and 100-200+ is 'Novice,' but are there any after that?

Are those rankings for members? If so, then I don't think "Abbot/Abbes, Infirmary Keeper" and "Warrior" shall work. After Novice, I think we should put in a "Brother/Sister" rank, and after that "Elder." Then the member ranks stop.

Brother/Sister: 400-1000

Elder: 1000+
