Tate patted the fox down thoroughly and, coming up with nothing, grunted and returned to the abbey. There wasn't much he could do at this point -- the abbess wouldn't like to hear of an unarmed beast promising peace being turned away. She would still need to be notified, however; it didn't do to have strange vermin running around the abbey.
"If you try anything..." he told the fox, and let the sentence hang for a moment. Then, grudgingly, he stepped aside from the door, staring down at both fox and hamster.
"You'd better come explain your purpose to the abbess," he added, jerking his chin toward the abbey building. "This way."

Nevoso chuckled at the hedgehog. He added, "My name is Nevoso, not fox." He stepped into the abbey grounds and was stunned at how magnificent it was. He looked around and bathed in the glory of the red sandstone building. It was magnificent. He saw an orchard, with some young ones fooling around. He saw the magnificent abbey building, even better then he expected. He snapped out of it quickl before the hedgehog would snap him out of it himself, and followed the hedgehog.

"I never called you fox, fox!" Tate muttered, not giving two hoots about whatever the newcomer's name was. "And stay up here where I can keep an eye on you." He added quickly to Rosalie over his shoulder: "That tea is for you, by the way, Sister."
While strolling across the grounds with Nevoso, Tate mentally riffled through a lengthy list of all the places Abbess Nutmeg might be. He decided to check cavern hole first; if the abbess wasn't there, somebeast who would know might be.
With this decision set firmly in mind, the large hedgehog pressed his lips together and adjusted direction slightly, still keeping an eye on the albino fox. "You're going to meet the Abbess," he said, "so you'd better be on your best behavior."

Nevoso followed the hedgehog, nervous that he was going to meet the Abbess. He straightened his back and continued following the hedgehog.

"I can take him to Nutmeg... YOU can guard the walls!" Rosalie said, standind between Tate and the fox. "So, shoo!" She said to Tate.
She grabbed the fox's paw, and started to run towards the abbey. As she came into the Great Hall, she turned to Nevoso.
"This is where we have most meals, The Great Hall." She said, dragging him up the stairs.
She ran into Abbess Nutmeg in the hallway, and curtsied.
"Hello Abbess, this here is Nevoso, the fox. He wishes to stay here in peace. Brother Tate wanted you to check himm first though..." Rosalie said, pushing Nevoso towards the Abbess.

[[kidluke, just so you know, the different characters don't know everything the players do; Tate never said 'cavern hole' out loud, so unless Nevoso has the power to read minds, he wouldn't have known that's where they were headed. =)
Also, I do believe Tate has been left in the dust, xD , so I hereby do formally withdraw him from this RP. *bows majestically* Let me know via chatbox if you guys require his presence for anything at all. :3 ]]

[[ It would be a bit of a stretch in character for Tate to follow at this point; there are Nev's weapons to dispose of, possible other foxes to check for, and anyway, Rosalie has enough personality in her to keep a lone, unarmed fox very firmly in paw, and he knows it. xD Lemme think.... if the abbess -- you control her, right, Malum? -- if the abbess were to be, or go out to the grounds where Tate could see her, he'd probably greet her, or if Rosalie/Nevoso are with her, would want to stand behind her like a big guard brother or something.  Or he'd play with dibbuns if they were out there. Dibbuns count as NPCs, right? Can we all control them? Whatever you decide, let me know, and I'll bring Tate around or close him out officially, in character. c: ]] |

[[I'm all for leaving Tate in this RP, but I don't want to play him out of character. Tate isn't the type to run after or grovel to anybeast, unless it's a dibbun, and he really has no reason to follow Rosalie and Nevoso.
Once kidluke's posting again, too, and you two have something else happening, I'll take a look and see where to work Tate back in. ^^ ]]
